Some favorites from lately. We got a light therapy lamp that is well enjoyed and the weather has been wonderful. The first dusting of snow this morning was welcome though!!

Walked the littles up to my neighborhood coffee shop to grab a drink while Charlie took the big dogs to the island 🏝️☕ I really love big dogs and walks on Belle Isle but I still think I got the better end of the stick today 🤣

So much of the work I do is when no one is watching, when my face hasn't been washed and I'm still in my PJ shirt. Charlie is out with the pack this morning and I'm home doing one of the millions of unseen chores at the DogHouse, making frozen kongs for our daycare and boarding dogs. This isn't an add on but something I do for the dogs because I love them, number one and secondly because it makes my life and job easier. Frozen kongs are an hour or so of enrichment for dogs and it gives me time to clean while they are occupied after the walk. I'm not telling you how to do anything yourself but I like to use 100% pur pumpkin, Pumpkin peanut butter (ingredients are peanuts and pumpkin) and Beef Tallow (ingredients 100% beef). I like to use one piece of grain free kibble to block the hole so my ingredients don't spill out and then I layer the ingredients. I make them in all sizes because we have all sizes of dogs coming to stay 😆 Into the freezer and now when the dogs get back from the pack walk, they have something to enrich their afternoon and then honestly after that they ALL usually take a nap before we head outside for the rest of the day. Maybe next time I'll show you my dog yard cleaning routine....
