POTENTIAL PUPPIES:
I have a co-owner in Washington who is planning a White Shepherd litter (Short-coats and potential long-coats depending upon sire) litter spring 2023.
Due to my current circumstances and the fact that I did not have a litter in over 3 years due to my health, I do NOT have any puppies available for sale to the public.
I will have a pup here and there usually from co-own litters that I will be seeking either another show/breed co-own home or a foster/guardian home. Please scroll down further for information on both opportunities. I do place co-owns and foster/guardian home puppies at no charge.
Please do not contact me asking about other breeders or puppies from other breeders. I do not know all breeders of shepherds and it is bad form to discuss other breeders and their puppies. At a minimum, please make sure the parents of your puppies have OFA hip/elbows, OFA eyes and testing for DM and MDR1.
ABOUT OUR PUPPIES:
Our puppies are born in the house, underfoot and receive a variety of stimulation, socialization and care beginning at birth. All our litters go through the Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) or Bio Sensor Program (also referred to as Neonatal Neuro Stimulation). This involves handling neonatal puppies in a variety of positions in order to help stimulate and develop their neurological systems, increase stress tolerance; promote stronger heart beats, immune systems and adrenal glands.
We have also started baby nose work on our puppies. Puppies with the most aptitude may be available to homes looking for service dogs for diabetes, epilepsy, search and rescue etc.
Puppies receive different activities that are a part of the Puppy Culture Program. These activities are based on the age of the puppy versus their development.
Puppies are given vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, dewormed, vet checked and litter stool checked for ova/parasites as well as giardia snap tested.
Those puppies that have rear dew claws will have them removed by our vet, we do leave front dew claws on our shepherd puppies.
We invite those that have deposits on puppies to come to the 6 week vet check.
There is a lot that goes into raising our puppies so that they make perfect companions!
Parents of our puppies have appropriate health certifications including more than just hip and elbows. Our parents often have shoulders, PennHIP, eyes, heart and other certifications. Since 2016, we have added the Optimal Selection and/or Embark gene test panel which currently tests for 200+ canine diseases including eleven which are found in shepherds including the two most common genetic disease tests: Degenerative Myleopathy (DM) and Multi-Drug Resistance gene (MDR1).
Parents of our puppies often have Top Show Championship titles and recognitions as well as performance titles.
Puppies have a 21 day money back to make sure you and your veterinarian are satisfied with your puppy. This also gives you (as well as any trainer) time to assess your puppy’s temperment/character to make sure the puppy in a good fit for your home.
Puppies will come with a FREE 30 day health insurance policy through Trupanion for your peace of mind.

CO-OWN AND FOSTER/GUARDIAN FOREVER PROGRAM:
FOSTER FOREVER:
I do have a special Co-own program for homes within ONE HOUR of Brighton, MI who are looking for a quality pet at no cost but allow me to keep the show and breed rights to the dog. My Foster Forever program is where I take a puppy and place it into your family home but I keep the show/breed rights to puppy. This allows the family home to receive a top quality first pick puppy at no cost, this allows the puppy the opportunity of living in a family home for its lifetime, and this allows me the opportunity to follow a potential show/breed puppy into adulthood while evaluating its health testing, temperment and structure for suitability for preserving the best of the breed. If interested, please contact me
I would consider homes up to TWO HOURS away from Brighton, MI if you are willing to “meet in the middle” for pickups and dropoffs.
COOWNERSHIP:
I would also entertain co-ownership with show/breed homes (where you do the showing and breeding) up to FOUR HOURS away from Brighton, MI. I do work with newbies. You can contact me for details.
For more experienced show/breed homes, I would consider up to EIGHT HOURS away from Brighton, MI.
The reason I like to keep homes closer by is to be able to mentor the homes since I often have newbies in my
co-ownership program.
As always, if you have an interesting proposition, please let me know. I do have dogs on Coownership in the state of Washington, so if you have an interesting proposition, as said, let me know.

HOW TO RESERVE A PUPPY:
Contact me - let me know if you are looking for a male/female, long/short coat, white/white-overlay/saddle (traditional black/tan)/ Sable/ Recessive Black/FCI White Swiss Shepherd
If I do not have a puppy questionnaire or deposit from you, you do not have a puppy reserved.
I accept deposits on litters once the litter is born so I know I have proper gender and color (I may not know coat length until the litter is 5-6 weeks of age or if gene testing is done).
If I have a puppy for you and you are asked for a deposit, I will only “hold” your reservation for THREE DAYS.
I’ve had too many people lead me on for weeks saying the deposit is in the mail when it is not.
If you are close and have filled out the questionnaire, you can come and visit the litter and leave a deposit.
Those further out should consider Priority mail or Overnight.
I do encourage you to come and visit the litter and socialize with the puppies.
I allow people to come over as long as they have not visited another litter, dog show, stable, farm, zoo, rescue etc within a week of coming over to visit this litter to keep potential diseases out of my home.
I am sorry, but I do not ship puppies. You must come to pick up your puppy.
I have had a person as far as New Mexico drive in to pick up his puppy, and one couple came in three times for three different puppies over the years from Massachusetts.
You also have the option to fly in and take the puppy back with you in a Sherpa bag...please check with the airlines for details.
I have had people fly in and take puppies back in Sherpa bags from as far west at Washington and California, as far east as Maine, and as far south as Georgia. I have also had a couple puppies that went to Europe that went with their new owner who flew in for them.
I will meet you at the Detroit Metro airport in these instances for people flying in who also have a flight back home the same day.
