These farmers from the Garfagnana region did NOT come to disappoint! Their soup, grains, breads were impeccable…its was like Gelato…you’ve got to have at least one bowl a day during conference! You could also just try a free sample instead of begging for a bowl…needless to say, we got to know each other real well (again)! One of the busiest vendors, and they sang every time the pot was empty and a new pot was brought out the back kitchen!

Is fiercely leading the charge, and this dynamic group of young minds has been nothing short of inspiring! Energy being transferred that will bring new life to the community. When we sit and listen, we learn! Can’t wait to see the finished product of their designs!
