Saying “no” isn’t always easy. We don’t want to be perceived as rude and sometimes, you may even feel like you can’t say no. Not all dogs are comfortable with strangers petting them, and that’s ok. Just remember that is our job to keep our pets safe, to set boundaries when others don’t respect your answer when asking to pet your dog. Sometimes people don’t even ask, they just assume that because you’re out and about with your dog, they should be able to pet them. Their intentions may be great, but you know your dog best and ultimately, it is up to you. So don’t be afraid to stand your ground, to speak up when your dog can’t. Their life may depend on it.

Due to the forecasted weather, we will not be having outdoor group class on Saturday, December 2, 2023. While we would normally have held class in the facility we will not be doing so out of an abundance of caution concerning the mystery illness that has been reported in various locations throughout the country. There have not been any cases reported in Michigan. We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes and please feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance with anything.
