What a weekend!
We are so thankful to have been able to host a FANTASTIC decoy workshop with Cameron Carlisle.

I have no doubt that each and every one of us walked away with priceless knowledge and brand new tools for our toolboxes from both decoy and handler perspectives!

I hope everyone had as good of a time as I did, and that you all make it home safely tonight.

Thank you all for spending your weekend with our club. As always, It is such a great time having so many great folks and dogs in one place.

We will be starting at 9:00am tomorrow!
If you are new, waivers must be signed prior to participating. They will be located in the barn office.

Enter at the open gate to the barn and park on the tree line- try to park side by side to save space if possible- though it may not be needed, any available shade may be limited with the leaves falling.

The weather is expected to be the low 50’s to high 60’s both days. Please prepare accordingly.

We plan to get sandwich trays for lunch tomorrow, but there are many restaurants in town for those wanting something different.

Living in a "Dry Spot" for protection sports has left little to no options for consistent training, camaraderie, or accountability for many individuals in our area. In June of 2024, with a leap of faith and a lot of hard work, Hold Fast PSA Club was formed by a group of folks with a common goal, shared life experiences, and the passion and drive to push through whatever challenges they may face.

What does Hold Fast mean? Simply put, it means to be diligent, cling to and take firm hold of something, be it ideas, beliefs, or principles, in order to remain steady and on course. To Hold Fast is to anchor oneself so securely that they cannot be swept away by the storm they face.

At the foundation, our club serves as a place where our members find genuine support and accountability in their training pursuits. Each of our members bring unique and invaluable life experiences and skillsets to the team. Our ambitions lie in the individual development and success of each of our members and their dogs, rather than in the comparison of ourselves with others. Though our goal is always to pursue titling our dogs in PSA, it will never be at the cost of the camaraderie of our team . We appreciate each and every individual that stepped on board for this adventure and look forward to smooth sailing in the future.
