First Black River Valley Horse Association, Inc. (BRVHA) show in the books. Great people great atmosphere and just plain fun!

Congratulations to Riley on her 1st place in her FIRST leadline class ever on Frosted Dry Martini (Denver)

Roxie Bottoms (Raia) made her comeback today even with a wide second barrel and buck on the way home (but trust me I'll take it). Pulling second in Barrels!

I'm an open book.

Recently I was asked why some lessons seem "bland". That I don't just let a kid lope off the first try.

I stumbled upon this TikTok as a wonderful explanation because SAFETY.

You will not leave my barn not knowing how to fix things correctly and quickly when stuff hits the fan. It's not a money thing, it's a SAFETY thing.

Mean Girls, let's talk about em,

For whatever insecurity someone may feel for putting you down. Just know they are trying to fill a void that they just can't seem to fill...

I see this a lot with "horse girls" even Trainers! Even "Professionals"

I could probably write a novel on sportsmanship, genuineness, honesty, and etc etc.

Don't let the fear of someone else's opinion keep you from being great🩵

Be kind, especially to yourself.
