PUPDATE: OLIVER has a foster!! A rescue in STL has taken him. He was estimated to be 12-13 years old. He has an infection, an eye infection, heart worms, worms, early stages of kidney and liver failure, a dislocated hip, and severe hair loss because of allergies and fleas. Luckily it was not any kind of mange!
However, the rescue has taken him and placed him in a foster. His foster momma sent me this video. He will go to their vet next week to start treatments!

I can not thank everyone for sharing, commenting, donating, praying, and sending good vibes. Special thanks to Dexter Vet Clinic for taking such good care of him. The girls bathed him, gave him medication to get him feeling better, and trimmed his nails. He had some nails curled up into his paw pads. Can you imagine how much better he feels??
This is a day to celebrate!!!! Oliver may not have much longer with us but he will now live out his days getting the love and care he deserves!!!
