As the days are getting much cooler, we’re going to be spending more time with the doors and windows closed. ❄️How does that affect our IAQ (Indoor Air Quality)? 🤔

With our doors and windows shut, we trap dust and pollutants inside with us while indoors😮‍💨 Breathing in air borne pollutants can lead to negative effects to our health: asthma, allergies, and lung diseases. 💨🫁

Here are some easy tips that can help boost the quality of your indoor air:

✅Run a HEPA air purifier
✅Vacuum and dust once a week
✅Open your doors and windows up for a few minutes twice daily
✅Use fans circulate air
✅Check for moisture and mold. Remediate immediately upon discovery.
✅Maintain air ducts and vents annually

Could Commercial Cleaners be our unsung heroes? They very well could be!

Often times, they are at the front lines of keeping large public spaces, clean, sanitized and safe for our use. They’re jobs are often hazardous and risky without receiving much credit for the essential work they do. Let’s not only give them their props during a pandemic but for the good work they do everyday in keeping us safe.

So if you ever see a see a hard working cleaner, let them know you appreciate the good job they’re doing, I know we will 😊

It’s great to feel comfortable. But ask yourself, when does our need to stay in our comfort zone begin to hurt us?

Needing to stay in a comfort zone and fear of the unknown go hand in hand don’t they. We fear what we don’t know, failure, rejection, falling on our face, being embarrassed that we tend to gradually take more steps back. This can result in us being unwilling to step up to the plate and hit, to take a chance on achieving what we need and want. As well meaning as others may be, no one can force us to step out of this comfort zone, we need to want to, genuinely from the heart.

So whenever you’re ready to take a risk, take that chance on what you want, remember: you aren’t fully living if you aren’t risking 😉

Our vision is to reduce and eliminate toxic sludge from entering the environment.

And that’s what we’ve stuck to since 1996, we have prevented over 2 million lbs of toxic floor sludge from entering the environment. A majority of this sludge is from schools in the community. How did we do this?

By eliminating the floor stripping cycle. DM if you want to know how we did it 🙂
