All’s Well Equestrian is hiring! Located in Poolesville, MD.

We are looking to add a member to our team. Ideal candidate must have high cleanliness standards for the barn, like dogs, and want to be part of a pretty incredible barn community. Shifts are split with another worker. Daily duties include, but not limited to:
- Turn in/out
- Feeding preset grain
- Cleaning stalls (~20), sweep aisle
- Hay, dump/scrub/refill water buckets, scrub feed pans

Compensation in weekly pay or discounted board/lessons. Looking for minimum 2 day commitment per week. Split shifts take 2-3 hours in PM.

All’s Well Equestrian is hiring an assistant barn manager! Located in Poolesville, MD.

Ideal candidate must have high cleanliness standards for the barn, like dogs, and want to be part of a pretty incredible barn community. This position will assist the manager in daily horse care, quality control, and overseeing other part time workers during split shifts. Daily duties include, but not limited to:
- Turn in/out
- Feeding preset grain
- Cleaning stalls (~20), sweep aisle
- Hay, dump/scrub/refill water buckets, scrub feed pans

In exchange for 5 PM shifts per week (with one weekend day required), assistant manager will receive free board and partial training for one horse. This is a part time position, roughly 20 hours per week. No housing available at this time.

Our least favorite but also most favorite day 😂 our first shipment of Organic Cowboy Biological Fly Control means it’s officially summer and therefor bug season! We use a variety of fly control methods to ensure our horses stay comfortable and unbothered through the hot months!
