When you absolutely know you made the right choice for a sweet girl that is retired from breeding. Reyka, (Slovakian) raised 2 beautiful litters but being a mom was hard. Thank you Scherr Family. Ryka will join Bella, a Dakota Sky Pudelpointer. They will spend the rest of their days hunting and being loved by the whole family. Win, win!

We received these mugs from a client. We started their pup staying true to our motto, "Everything hunting and home". To say the very least, the pairing of this pup and this family was a huge success. What many don't realize is that it is success for both sides. We feel we did everything we could to make this happen, but so did they, and we appreciate them as much as they appreciate us.
Dakota Sky and these dogs have blessed us beyond measure.

I struggle for the words to describe this post. Henry and Ridge have spent countless hours in the training field. His UT Prize this past summer will prove that. But this picture, it shows us, as breeders, the impact these dogs make on people's lives. The mutual love and respect that has grown between these two cannot be put into words. Thank you Henry for taking this dog to the level you have. Thank you Ridge for making us so unbelievably proud of what we do.

Born 7/11, healthy, extremely social and ready to go. Maggie/Rook pups. Maggie is 112 prize 1 NA and a granddaughter of Rock Creek Edmund Fitzgerald. Rook was a 112 Prize 1 NA and a prize 1 UT. We imported Rook (Art Z Chytalskeho Udoli) from the Czech Republic as a pup and he has NEVER had a bad day! Both hip tested, fabulous in the field and home, and are definitely dogs that want to please.

Good morning from Dakota Sky. We have been a little slow returning calls and messages, and this next week may be the same. Not only have we been fighting 100 degree temperatures, but Glen's dad passed away yesterday. He has spent the last several months overseeing moving both of his parents to nursing homes and dealing with everything that goes with it. Every call, message, text, and email is important and will not go unanswered.

Our Mission

Because of the great appreciation and love we have for this breed we have established a breeding program that concentrates on things important to every purebred dog breed. We insist on a driven dog that will do his or her job and love you just as strongly at the end of the day. All of our females are natural ability tested, one Utility tested and others to follow. These dogs are conformationally sound, vet checked and hip tested. We will begin breeding our girls fall 2019. All males are imported as we know the importance of not letting bloodlines get too close. This is quite a challenge in this breed but we will never breed just to breed if the dogs don’t meet the standards we promised to adhere to. We are passionate, we are excited, and we love this breed. It has been a dream and we are ready to live it!
