A little vent from a very tired business owner: The past few weeks have been rough. My son, his entire daycare, and myself have not caught a break with illnesses. I feel very.. unhealthy, lately. 🥴 I self diagnosed myself with strep today but will go in tomorrow to find out for sure.

I’ve been getting behind some days due to raging headaches and feeling achey and you all have given me so much grace!

I had a dog that I love so dearly go in for an emergency surgery today on top of it all. So mentally, I’m pretty drained too.

I think and I hope after this weekend I will be in much better shape. It takes a lot for me to cancel dogs. But I think the world just thinks I need a break. 🫣

Thank you everyone for giving me time to get back to texts after taking forever after hard days of work or dealing with me taking longer to groom your pups. You are all so appreciated.

❗️NOTICE❗️

With warmer weather approaching (hopefully soon, right?), ticks and all the 🪲 will be coming out.

If it takes me longer than 10 minutes to remove ticks from your dog or if I see any fleas at all, you will be asked to take your dog and reschedule.. so please medicate your pup accordingly. I do not offer “flea baths.”

My recommendation is only what you can buy from the vet. The flea & tick collars or “rub on” medication you can buy in stores seems to be of no use in my opinion especially when it comes to thick, double-coated breeds.
