First night at my house, tiny, hissing and spitting, rescued from the underside of a car in the Kroger parking lot. Now Louisiana is a big boy, so full of love and silliness! Today he went to an adoption event (not his idea of fun) and it takes 3 of us to get him out of the carrier. When I go to pick him up at the end of the day I can't see him in the display cage. Finally I see his nose peeking out from under his upside down bed and as I get closer and talk to him he is out from under the bed. They call this his "turtle look" and are okay with it, he does consent to being petted and loved on. Funny funny cat, he was ready to get in his carrier and go home. He only meows when I am there, and gets indignant should I pet any of the other cats. When we get home I have to sit down and get loved on for at least 10 minutes!
