“Saving just one horse will not change the world… but it surely changes the world for that one horse” It has been a year this month since the Queen herself came to be with me. A terrible situation resulted in an emergency placement with me, a placement that I underestimated when her owner got in touch with me. After several months of rehab and training at Old Oaks, I bought her instead of sending her home🫣It has taken A WHOLE YEAR to get her back to normal body condition and trusting people. A wild ride of ups and downs… but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
