Reposting since are still seeing some confusion.
The salon phone is and has always been the best spot to communicate on. The HWY 70/Muddy Paws number is still active as well and goes to the same phone as our long standing number.
Also, per our automated message here on Facebook we DO NOT fulfill appts requests here on Facebook. We do all of our requests via phone or message to streamline the process, and to ensure can get back with everyone as soon as possible and not lose track of any requests trying to manage 5 different locations people can potentially communicate on. The automated message has very clear instructions on which number to call.
We understand it's frustrating to think no one has responded. It's equally frustrating when we see complaints online in community forums when we've made it as clear as possible how best to reach us, and devote hours each day to helping folks get their pups set up for a day of pampering. Our goal is to truly make the process as easy as possible while keeping our focus on the pups in front of us each day. We do not have office staff so all appointments are created by our staff at the beginning of the day, when we have moments during the day not working on pups, and at the end of the day. Scheduling is one of the most complicated parts of what we do, ensuring a dog us booked for the right time, with the right groomers, and on a day that will best meet their needs as well as the other dogs that day.

There are 866 numbers generated by our scheduling software, and they are subject to change with software updates, and now thay we are consolidated text one location, the HWY70 866 number is no longer active.
So please use the actual salon phone numbers! :) we hate to miss anyone's requests. We have kept both lines.
