Time really flies ❤️ Our oldest is graduating 8th grade today and our youngest is graduating 5th grade tomorrow! Shout out to our middle baby for the awards he received in school this year. We are some proud parents for sure 🥰

Thank you to all of our clients who rescheduled so we could attend these ceremonies. We truly appreciate your understanding and kindness that allows us to always be present for special moments like these.

We love all of our dogs, but we aren't a free dog sitting service.

People have been dropping off several hours before their appointments and leaving their pets in our care for several hours after grooming is completed. These pups require additional care that takes us away from grooming & slows down our groom times for other clients.

We schedule appointments for specific times to keep our schedule flowing efficiently for ALL of our clients each day.

We ask that your pet arrive no more than 15 minutes early for their appointments and are picked up within an hour of being notified of completion.

🐾 Not Accepting New Clients 🐾

We have had a lot of inquiries lately from potential new clients. If you have not yet booked your first appointment with us, we will not be able to add you to our client roster. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

We have decided to close our grooming roster for the time being so we can focus on training our newest additions. We have taken on quite a few puppies this year and several new pups with behavior challenges. We are committed to not only providing quality grooming, but the most comfortable experience for your pet. Thank you for continuing to support our salon ❤️

Please walk your pets before checking in at the salon!

Allowing your pet to go to the bathroom before checking in saves us so much time from having to clean up messes. This week we have only had ONE owner walk their dog before coming inside and that was the ONLY dog that didn't go potty in the salon as soon as they arrived.

We have a nice grassy area just across the side parking lot for clients to walk their babies. We also have a pet waste station stocked with baggies to clean up after your dog goes p**p, but please be courteous enough to tie the bag shut before dropping it in the bin.

Please help us by taking a few minutes to allow your baby to go to the bathroom outside where it belongs. We would really appreciate it.

You made me work for it. Your trust...your respect. Every single visit for months, you made me work for it. Everyone thought you were being mean, but I could see it. I could see how scared you were to try all these new things with a bunch of people you didn't know.

It took a long time, but when you found me worthy of your trust and respect everything changed. Suddenly, groom day wasn't so scary. It was just hanging out with a friend and it made me feel so damn special 💙

We had a lot of good years and a lot of love. That's what makes this goodbye hurt so much more. You were such a love bug, but you still commanded the respect of everyone in the room. I saw you Utley. I saw all of your heart and I loved every piece of it. Until we meet again my sweet boy 💔

After speaking with clients today, we know that not many will be able to make it to town for their appointments due to poor road conditions. Some of you have expressed concerns about the additional winter weather coming in on Thursday as well.

We have made the decision to keep the salon closed on Wednesday and Thursday for everyone's safety and peace of mind. It's just not worth the risk to brave some of the roads.

Due to the large volume of makeup appointments, I will reach out to reschedule all appointments in the order that they were made. If you would like to wait until your next scheduled appointment please let us know and we will give you 15% off your pet's next grooming.

For our newer clients, here are our winter weather policies:

🐾In the event of a weather related closure, we will post it on our page and all scheduled appointments will be cancelled via text message.

🐾Salon closure decisions will be made no later than 6:30 AM the day of. Each client will be notified. For large weather events, we may make the decision 1-2 days in advance.

🐾If you are concerned about impending weather events and we have not announced a closure, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment ahead of the weather.

🐾If the salon is closed due to weather/road conditions, I will personally reach out to reschedule each appointment in the order they were made. I strive to get all make up appointments taken care of as quickly as possible.

Safety for our family and our clients will always be our top priority.
