💔Long-term resident Rogue💔

Rogue is the cutest 3 year old female Husky mix. She has been at the shelter for
755 days. So sad for her. She was raised outdoors with no human interaction and
came to us as a feral dog. Rogue will font bonds with people on her own terms as
she is a very independent dog. She may be avoidant if she doesnt know you well
but once she relaxes and you earn her trust, she will accept treats, she enjoys being
brushed, she loves to fetch and roll over for belly rubs. Rogue loves stuffed
animals, enjoys playing with medium sized to larger dogs and she is not good
with cats. She prefers kids that understand her boundaries and will respect that she
needs time to trust. She is such a beautiful girl and she so deserves that special
home filled with love! Please help us find the perfect home for Rogue.

UPDATE-Baby Girl has been found and is safe 🙌

Most of you know Mike and his dog Baby Girl. She is missing and I know her Dad is devastated 💔 if you have seen Baby Girl or know where she is please reach out so they can be reunited.

CAN YOU HELP?
Most everyone in Dickson, TN knows about Mike and his beloved sidekick Baby Girl.
Mike is known for riding around town with Baby Girl pulled in this buggy behind him.
Earlier this week, Baby Girl disappeared and now cannot be found.
She is family to Mike and he is heartbroken looking for his dog.
So too are many others in the area.
Baby Girl needs to take a medicine twice a day and may need additional medical care.
If you see Baby Girl or know where she is you can call Dickson police or message me.
Hopefully, she is found safe, gets the care she needs and then is reunited with Mike.

For our newer clients, here are our winter weather policies: 🐾In the event of a weather related closure, we will post it on our page and all scheduled appointments will be cancelled via text message. 🐾Salon closure decisions will be made no later than 6:30 AM the day of. Each client will be notified. For large weather events, we may make the decision 1-2 days in advance. 🐾If you are concerned about impending weather events and we have not announced a closure, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment ahead of the weather. 🐾If the salon is closed due to weather/road conditions, I will personally reach out to reschedule each appointment in the order they were made. I strive to get all make up appointments taken care of as quickly as possible. Safety for our family and our clients will always be our top priority.

Our Story

I first started my career in the animal care industry at a local veterinary clinic where I worked as kennel help for a number of years. Upon leaving the vet clinic, I became a dog bather for a very prominent local grooming facility, Woof! Pet Salon. It was there that I later entered into an apprenticeship and became a dog groomer myself. Each groomer is different. We all have our own methods and style of grooming. I pride myself in the high quality of grooming I provide to all of my clients. I am most passionate about finding the way to groom your dog that makes him/her most comfortable. I handle all pets in the manner in which I would want my own babies treated. Comfort & quality of work are top priority at Shaggy To Chic. Come down and check us out Monday & Thursday 7:00-5:00 and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00-5:00.
