Faith in Action: How God Provided a Bus for Our Little School
Last August, God placed it on my heart that I would receive a bus for our little school. While this seemed improbable at the time, I shared this revelation during one of my seminars, encouraging attendees to trust in God’s plans, not man’s logic. As Christians, we are called to step out in faith, believing God will fulfill His promises in His perfect timing.
After the seminar, one of the attendees approached me. She mentioned her father had been given the authority to sell two buses and believed one of them was meant for my school. I thanked her and left the situation at God’s feet, trusting His plan and timing, knowing He has already walked in my tomorrows.
Fast forward to November/December—months after that conversation—I received a call from the same woman, all the way from Kentucky. She told me that the school board had approved the sale of a 2004 International bus with only 18,000 miles on the engine, a perfect interior, and at a price I could afford. It was clear that this was God’s provision.
Yesterday, with the help of Farmer Mike and our friends Tim and Colleen (both with CDL licenses), we traveled together to bring the bus home. Watching this dream come to fruition reminded me of God’s faithfulness and His perfect timing.

Sweet Caroline, a precious student at @the_one_room_red_schoolhouse, sat quietly and patiently in front of the Christmas tree with tear filled eyes. With all the excitement, her teacher didn't realize her name had not been called to receive a gift from her Secret Santa, Rosie. The gift was hidden behind the tree trunk and tree limbs in such a way no one could see it.
What happened next touched our hearts so deeply we had to share.

This year, we had the incredible blessing of welcoming and connecting with over 5,000 visitors. Sharing the story of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, is one of the most cherished moments of our year, and we are humbled by the opportunity to bring this message of hope and love to so many.
As we look ahead to 2025, our goal remains steadfast—to continue being a light in our community and to share God’s love with all.
