Food for thought 🤔

People letting their off-leash dog or even leashed dog run up to another dog without warning or they just holler “my dog is friendly!!!”

Why do we find this acceptable behavior for dogs, but if it was US in this situation, it’s completely UNACCEPTABLE behavior.
We like and EXPECT our personal space being respected, so why can’t we do the same for our dogs?

An example:
A complete and total stranger you’ve never seen or met before or heard of, runs up to you and touches you, grabs you for a handshake or a hug or just grabs you in general, with no warning or a “hi how are you?”
What is your immediate reaction going to be?
Your going to either hit, kick, claw or fight the person, do EVERYTHING in your power to get away & scream for help or just scream in general, right?

If that’s our immediate response to that situation, shouldn’t we realize and understand that dogs have that same reaction to the situation as we do?

We couldn’t be more proud of our head Trainer and his K9 Fanta!!! Their on their way to do their first ever job as a K9 unit!!!!
