We are pleased to announce scentwork coming to our K9 training and enrichment center!
AKC Scent work training session at Granny rose K-9 Enrichment Center.
Bruce and Betty Johnson from Tempete De Hope Canine Training will be leading this newly added class!
Are you looking for another opportunity to connect with you K-9 and exercise their brains? Scent work is one of the best tools for frigid or steamy weather to exercise your canine companion. Whether you are looking to trial in AKC scent work trials or just a new interaction and training, scent work is for you. We teach the basis, some AKC trialing details, hands-on training, and interaction with support for your new adventure. Tuesday classes for 6-weeks starting late February 2025.

2025 REGISTRATION OPENS TODAY!
We are excited to announce that registration is now online! It is quick, easy, and safer than ever!

The first 6 week training session begins the week of January 6th! Classes are 1 hour each week for the duration of the session.

Mondays, starting January 6th, the Johnson's will be teaching Novice Obdedience with a 6:00 pm start time.
Tuesdays, starting January 7th, Janet will be teaching Beginner & Puppy Obedience class with a 6:00 pm start time.
Wednesdays, starting January 8th, Hunter will be teaching Agility class with a 6:30 pm start time.
Thursdays, starting January 9th, the Johnson's will be teaching Puppy Begginer's Obedience class with a 6:00 pm start time. They will also be teaching Intermediate Obedience Class at 7:00 pm.

All four legged students are required to show record that confirm all age appropriate vaccines are up to date. These vaccines include their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Pupppies must be at least 12 weeks old at the class start date. All students are required to sign our standard waiver annually. Visit our website to register. Class registration opens today! We have everything you want for training classes! These ALl classes are one hour per week for a 6 week session. Classes begin the week of November 1st, here at our K9 training and enrichment center. Here is the schedule.

Small Breed Begginer Obedience 6:00 pm
Small Breed Novice 7:00 pm
Tuesdays with Daniele:
Novice 5:00 pm

Wednesdays with Hunter:

NEW Intermediate Obedience (bridging beginners to novice) 7:00 pm
Registraation is open at 10:00 am today! Call us at 815-288-7387 or stop in and register in person! We are located at 613 River Lane in Dixon. As a remindeer, all dogs must be up to date on age appropriate vaccines including Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies.

Daniele who teaches our Small Dog Obedience Classes competed with her papillon last weekend.
They did Very Well earning a qualifying score of 195 1/2 out of a possible 200. Congratulations Daniele and Sarah!
Let's get those little dogs trained in a safe environment with comparably sized dogs, see you next session!
