Good morning to all of our amazing clients and patients!

We are sending out a message today to let you know that we have recently implemented a new program called Vello for our clinic. As we try to move away from postcard reminders, this program allows us to send out text and email reminders for when your pet is coming up due for vaccines. It also allows for a variety of other things such as appointment requests, prescription requests and text messaging capabilities. Our new number for texting is 507-418-8938. There is also a free app called Vello that is available to our clients which allows for access your pets vaccine records in addition to other things. However, the app is optional and you do not need to download the app if you do not wish to. You will still receive text or email reminders when you pet is coming up due. The reminders will go to the primary phone number and email we have on your account currently so please reach out if you need to update information.

Say hello to Trooper - our newest little employee! This brave kitten came from camp companion needing some medical TLC. He needed his leg and tail amputated,but has lots of love left to give. We knew we couldn't part with this little bundle of love! Bubbles is happy to accept her new little brother and partner-in-crime!
