STORE POLICY
If you are 15minutes late we are required to write you down as a no-show and you will need to reschedule! This is because it takes 15 minutes to bathe a dog. As well as we have other clients to groom.
• Please be aware that when you are "quoted" a price..it is just that..A QUOTE!!! If you bring in a long haired dog with LOADS of mats and tangles..IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE than a

3/4 inch pup that comes EVERY 4 WEEKS!!! If you have an old dog that requires two groomers, then the price goes up. If you have a dog that requires Special Handling because he or she is a biter, then the price goes up. If you’re new and want to know what we charge, text and send pictures and we will give you a QUOTE, Thank you in advance.

Please make sure to treat your pup with flea and tick medication before visiting our grooming shop. Since our shop is small, if even one dog has an infestation, we have to reschedule the entire day to thoroughly disinfect and spray the space. This process is essential to maintain a clean and safe environment for all our furry clients. By taking this simple step, you help us protect not only your pet but also the health and comfort of every dog that comes through our doors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our grooming space pest-free! 🐾
