STORE POLICY
If you are 15minutes late we are required to write you down as a no-show and you will need to reschedule! This is because it takes 15 minutes to bathe a dog. As well as we have other clients to groom.
• Please be aware that when you are "quoted" a price..it is just that..A QUOTE!!! If you bring in a long haired dog with LOADS of mats and tangles..IT WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE than a

3/4 inch pup that comes EVERY 4 WEEKS!!! If you have an old dog that requires two groomers, then the price goes up. If you have a dog that requires Special Handling because he or she is a biter, then the price goes up. If you’re new and want to know what we charge, text and send pictures and we will give you a QUOTE, Thank you in advance.

The start of spring is amazing but remember that with spring comes
BUGS! More specifically bugs that can hurt and affect your beloved furry friend! We want to remind our clients to start your flea treatments this month!
Please know that we have a small facility and can NOT take any Pup with fleas or ticks! We need to be informed prior to the visit if your pup will be getting a flea or tick bath! (Flea baths are an extra $20 and tick extractions are an additional 5$ per tick on top of services! Below you will find recommended brands that we use on our own pets that actually work !

We want to let you know that we've been struggling after the sudden loss of our brother-in-law. We'll get back to our clients as soon as we can, but it hasn't been easy running our grooming business while grieving such a close family member. He did so much to help with our small business, from fixing broken doors to many other things. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
