Peony went to Dairy Queen yesterday and enjoyed a pup cup. But she demanded more so she had part of a Dilly Bar too (after the chocolate was already eaten off, of course).

We have had a busy few days at Animal Rescue Alliance. We are thrilled to announce that Hercules and Phil were adopted together today! We love keeping siblings together and are so glad their new loving family fell in love with both of them. Additionally, a wonderful couple drove all the way from Ozark, AL, to foster Shakira and ended up falling in love with her sister, Sage, as well. They will be fostering both of them until they are old enough to complete the adoption process. Cash also hit the jackpot with a new loving home this week. We are beyond blessed!

Due to sad circumstances, we have a new family here at the rescue. Meet the Brady bunch-- Carol Brady, her man Mike Brady, and the kids, Cindy, Greg, and Bobby. We were not prepared for this sweet family and we could really use a hand from anyone inclined to donate. All 5 will need vaccines and deworming. Mom and Dad will need flea treatments (we have bathed the babies multiple times as they were literally covered in fleas), and everyone will need shots and eventually spay/neuter procedures (Mom and Dad need it now!).

Today has been a bustling Wednesday at ARA, and we are truly thankful for the day’s events. We are thrilled to announce that Stevie and Lucy, two beloved members of our community, have successfully found their new families. This is a wonderful milestone, and we couldn’t be more excited for their bright futures ahead!.

What a wonderful day for an update! Miss Gayle (formerly Quail) is settling in nicely at her new home. She has quickly become friends with her new brother, Cody (formerly Squeak, Squeak). Miss Gayle is enjoying all the love her new family is providing. They drove all the way from Alabama to adopt both of these amazing dogs from us, and we are thrilled with this happy outcome.
