Long waits deserve the loudest celebrations. After 685 days, Starr’s story ends the way every story should — with a family of his own. There weren’t many dry eyes as our staff watched him walk out the doors; moments like this are why we do what we do. Thank you to everyone who shared, advocated, and never gave up on him. 🤍🐾
