This is a contract between the seller & buyer. Under NO circumstances are refunds made. That means any deposits or payments are non refundable. Only replacements of same s*x and equal value if replacement is deemed appropriate.

1. The puppy must be examined by a practicing licensed Vet within 2 business days of receiving puppy. Buyer must return a copy of the vet visit report within one week of receiving the puppy or they will void their health guarantee.
2. If the puppy dies you must have followed your Vet’s advice and have a necropsy performed (at buyer’s expense by your state lab and provide seller copy of report).
3. Seller doesn’t guarantee against hypoglycemia or any other common problems such as diarrhea, wormy stool, coccidiosis, giardia, earmites, external parasites, stress due to shipping, or new home. Other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee and are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Any and all veterinarian expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
5. No guarantee will be given as to size, color, quality, or fertility.
6. All show prospects are sold as potential winners only.
7. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperatures, & stress due to shipping. They are vulnerable to viral infection including: Parvo and Corona Viruses. Any & all the above mentioned minor & major need to be checked by your D.V.M. if they occur and D.V.M.’s advice for treatment should be followed.
8. Completing the puppy’s infant vaccination series and annual boosters are required. Owner must be able to provide veterinarian documentation.
9. Seller will not be responsible for accidents that happen after pup leaves seller or after been dropped off at the airport to be shipped.
10. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication/surgery are not covered by any guarantee.
11. Seller is responsible for life threatening genetic defects until 12 months of age.
12. Buyer agrees to keep puppy isolated from other animals until series of shots is completed in order to avoid contagious diseases. Buyer agrees that this puppy has no known health problems
13. ALL puppies sold as pets will leave without AKC paperwork. All pet puppies must be spayed or neutered by the age of 12 months. AKC paperwork will be given to buyer when proof of spay or neuter is sent to seller by a licensed vet on Veterinary letterhead.
14. Buyer agrees to this contract whether signed and returned to CNW Bulldogs or not.
15. No changes will be made to this contract with out both parties agreeing in writing.
16. Buyer agrees that at any time, for any reason, if they can not keep the puppy from seller, that they are to contact seller immediately to make arrangements for return. No puppy shall be resold, rehomed, given away, traded, placed in a shelter or rescue or co owned etc.
17.All legal matters will be handled in __________ county. In the state of __________. The breeder/seller does not guarantee: against skin problems such as puppy acne, demodectic mange, etc. This also does not cover HOD, pano, OCD, and growth related problems, as these are not genetic. This guarantee does not coverwhat in the breed English Bulldog is consider normal: cherry eye, haw eyes, entropion, or torsion of the stomach.This guarantee does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, or umbilical hernias , fleas, ticks or ear mites, Coccidia and Kennel Cough, which can occur in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel Cough is self-limiting and like the common cold, it must run its course. Full recovery is expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not life threatening. This guarantee does not cover Parvo. Puppies leaves us with their first shots. It is you the buyers responsibility to keep up to date on all proper vaccinations and not to socialize your puppy with other dogs, dog parks, pounds,
humane society's and other places that your puppy could pick this disease up. Show/Breeding dog exception: in the event of an undescended testicle, Breeder will exchange pup of equal value, s*x and color when available. If there is not a current pup available of the same bloodlines, or equal value, the breeder agrees to give a voucher towards a future litter agreed upon by Breeder and Buyer. Females shall not be bred before the age of 18 months or before their second season.The seller shall not be held responsible for the acts of the puppy after it leaves the sellers premise. The seller shall not be held responsible for the development of non-genetically derived faults, diseases, or disorders after the puppy leaves the seller. There is no oral representation or warranties not contained herein. This contract of sale contains the entire agreement between the parties.
