Offering industry-leading pet grooming services and therapeutics, whether in-salon or at your home with Pawfection-On-The-Go luxury mobile grooming, their comfort comes first! If you need to cancel at the last minute or do not show up for your appointment, the groomer loses income. Our staff’s well-being and livelihood are why Pawfection has a strict cancellation policy. No-shows will incur a fee

of up to 50% of the appointment cost. If a client no-shows more than two times within 12 months, we would require them to pre-pay the groom’s total cost before booking another appointment. This charge will be non-refundable. We would greatly appreciate any cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that things happen at the last minute that may prevent you from making it to your appointment. Please feel free to call us to reschedule or cancel any appointment. The best way to communicate with us is by calling the salon at (334) 797-9550. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled groom. However, We understand that life happens and emergencies come up. In such cases, and at our discretion, we will wave the incurred fee.

The position would be 8:30-5pm, 5 days a week. This is a loud, fast-paced and sometimes dirty job but most of all a very rewarding job as well.

Just another friendly reminder that we do require up-to-date vaccines for Rabies, Bordetella, and Parvo. Unless your pet has an allergy or a veterinarian excuses them for other conflicting issues, there are no exceptions. We have to see the shot records ourselves or speak to the veterinary clinic for confirmation. It's for the safety of everyone's pets in our facility.

Unfortunately due to new clients on our mobile van canceling without notice the day of, a non-refundable deposit of $50 will be required to book your appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Attention: Pawfection will be attending the Barkleigh Pet Pro Cruise this year which means we will be closed from January 20th to January 28th. We couldnt be more excited and will return any missed calls when we are back. Our wonderful staff has earned this break and we will all come back refreshed and ready to groom on the 29th!
