Meet Ollie!
2 year old 85lbs Labradoodle from South Carolina

“Ollie was sitting for 13 month in a boarding facility !!!! abanded by his owner . Ollie is a social and energetic pup who gets along well with dogs of all sizes. He’s a bit of an energy mirror—if you’re hyper, he’s ready to match that vibe, but he’s just as happy to chill when things are calm. Routine is Ollie’s jam, and he absolutely loves his daily walks.

This smart boy is eager to please and is picking up on his training, though he’s still working on keeping all four paws on the ground when he’s excited. He loves to stay by your side everywhere you go.He is a very loyal dog and wants to stay with you”

Meet Willie, Waylon & Jessie!
Willie and Waylon were born 9/3/24 & Jessie was born 9/10/2024!

These three precious pups were all found as little bitty strays. Clearly someone had dumped them. Willie and Waylon look to be border collie /Newfoundland mixes and little Jessie is clearly a sweet little hound girl. They are all happy, healthy and ready for their homes! (Not bonded)

These sweet pups were dumped on a rural road named “whisper pine” hence their names!
Whisper and Pine are sweet, friendly, playful, live humans of all kinds and get along well with other dogs! We would live for them to get a home together!

Meet Honey!
7 month old 35lb shepherd mix from South Carolina!

“Honey is a sweet and gentle girl who loves to play especially with squeaky toys. She loves people and kids, and she tries to be a lap dog by climbing in your lap or just by keeping 1 paw on you while laying close by. She is smart and should be easy to train. She is good with kids, but does try to chew on everything - shoes, hands, even other dogs. She will chase the cat, but her tail is wagging and she is just trying to be friends with the cat. She has lots of energy but will snuggle quietly too. She is housebroken too.”

Meet the 9 Hurricane pups!
Hound/boxer mixes? From georgia! Born 8/20/2024 6 out of 9 have naturally docked tails!

From our souther partner rescue!

“This is Ireland. She is mama to the nine hurricane babies. The lady who surrendered her said she was a stray even though she had been feeding her for one year and never even thought of reaching out for help for her or to get her spayed. I took her into care and two days later she birthed nine beautiful babies. At 7 weeks old Hurricane Helene hit us pretty hard here I'm GA. And winds reached almost 100 miles per hour with so much destruction everywhere. We rode it out and kept them safe and we're so fortunate to have no fatalities here at the shelter.

At 8 weeks old I'm order to have room to save another litter of a mom and five 3 day old babies in a high kill shelter we sent them into our local prison program where they were loved, bathed, played with and even slept with their trainers there.

We decide to name them hurricane names of 2024 and the inmates who cared for them got to name them

Mama Ireland is a very young girl about to be spayed and hopefully also coming North to find her forever home.

These nine hurricane babies are the sweetest, cutest little munchkins and will bring their new families so much unconditional love and companionship.

We are so very thankful for our northern adopters and the lives they give to our throw away babies here in Ga. We can only pray and keep fighting for mandatory spay/neuter, dog licensing, and harsher punishments for the people who mistreat and let animals breed at random here in the South.”

Meet Gabe!
1-2 year old big guy hound mix from Georgia weighing in at 76lbs!

Gabe was pulled from the high kill shelter by the local prison down there and put into the training program! Gabe was assigned his inmate and boy was he happy. Gabe has learned to do many tricks! He can spin and even pray! Gabe is a smart, sweet, gentle, adores humans and gets along well with other dogs!

The girls have plateaued 🙁

As much time as we try to spend one on one with them, they aren’t progressing. These ladies need out of the shelter asap and into a cozy quiet home with a family that understands that they aren’t going to go home and be best friends with you right away. Time, patience, love and understanding is all they need.
