E Bar C Performance Horses LLC really made an splash today at the CPDS Western Dressage Association of America WDAA Lite show! Lisa Cooper and Dusty earned their first high point with a 73% at Basic Level test 4! Hazel earned at 70.3% at Level 3 and Haley Kottler’s My Three Crystals made her Level 2 debut with 66% and 67% and 8 AQHA points!

A huge thank you to our E Bar C riders and students! We had a great time at the Kansas Dressage & Eventing Association (KDEA) schooling show! Lots of great scores and learning moments! It was really nice to catch up with old students and their horses too!!

We had such a fun weekend learning with Hedlund Dressage, LLC. Dressage is amazing in all of the little details that we get to discover. Haley Kottler worked on forward and had the best ride I have ever seen her have, Evan and Doc worked on lateral steps and Hazel and I worked in collection. I love how versatile Laurie Hedlund is in her knowledge and teaching ❤️ thank you Tricia Kaufman for your amazing facility and all of your hard work putting the clinic together

Always learning! We spent time this weekend taking lessons with Hedlund Dressage, LLC. Everyone needs eyes on the ground Laurie Hedlund is knowledgeable, kind and so experienced we appreciate the time with her!

There is a lot that can be done on a dry 20m circle! Evan was able to get some riding done between snow flurries, wind and cold the horses were great (and a little wild!) 🐎

It has been an amazing day for these girls! Cassie earned level 1 Open and Haley Kottler earned Basic Level amateur Bronze Champions at AQHA world!! All the credit goes to My Three Crystals, she has stepped up this year and has become a rockstar!

I had a whirlwind trip to Oklahoma City for Morgan Grand Nationals. I was honored to show Janie Leslie DeWitt’s gelding XL Braveheart in Sport Horse In Hand on Monday morning. Evan started Artie as a three year old and Janie has done a fantastic job with him in the years since. We took home a 6th place out of a class of 18 and Janie showed him to 4th place in the Sport Horse Under Saddle out of 19 entries. I’m back home now and wish all of my friends (both old and new) good luck at the rest of the show!

What a week at the Western Dressage Association of America WDAA world championship horse show! And we can’t wait to do it again ❤️

My Three Crystals (Dubs) and Cassie showed all four open level 1 tests with scores high enough to earn a division top ten ribbon! She got better and better each ride!

Haley showed her girl in Basic Amateur with great rides and a top ten (7th) in her favorite test.

It was a fun week and we are looking forward to AQHA worlds in 6 weeks!
