Sometimes (before we get the stomach bug), we take our dogs and our visitors on a trip the North Pole (Pickering Valley Feed) and go see Santa and his elves! A wild ride it may be, but boy, do we have fun!!

We woke up to a winter wonderland! I absolutely adore watching the dogs in the snow! I love how every dog reacts differently and enjoys a different aspect of it! Latke is clearly like a bunny as soon as soon as she tuches the snow, Clarence loves to run and have other pups chase him, Pancake was thrilled the snow weighed down a tree enough that she can now pull branches off and claim them as he own special sticks, visitor Ozzy, a Bernese Mountain Dog, is in heaven and feels frisky and young, and Maisie, a Newfoundland, feels right at home, lying down and eating her “nature’s food.” Finally, someone got the message that this is what she’s been missing! 🥰 Please share your pup’s experience in the snow with a pic and what they live (or don’t love). I remember my childhood dog, Lucy, needed a path shoveled for her because she did NOT like the feel of the cold snow on her paws. lol. Everyone is different is and that’s what makes them all great! Share with us!

Awesome job from the owners with their rescue rescue pups! I love working with adopted dogs, and I love working with people who take a chance on these pups even more! These two doggies hit the jackpot with owners who are committed to giving them the best, most secure life possible! They’ve already shown exponential improvement in learning their place when guests come to the door, waiting for permission to eat, go in and outside, and how to walk beautiy together! I have no doubt their pack leaders will continue to make them feel safe and loved! ❤️
