Just in case you have forgotten or if your a new client the new policy that went into effect on September 1st about cancelation & No Show. I require a 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment. You can be charged half up to the full groom price. This decision was unfortunately made due to the increasing cancelation and no-shows. I hope you understand. Thank you for your continued support.
