For those of you that watched the short videos , Thank you. I’m going to follow up, one by one, and explain much deeper than I was able to talk about why, they enter a round pen first , then turn their hindquarters away from you. I’ll break down the videos for mistakes I made and the one’s Cash made. I think lunging has become just a warm up before getting on your horse. It isn’t. It’s a method that needs to be perfective,…..constant, repetitive, reinforcing at all times. AND for the trainer, relaxation, add some energy when needed and always remain Alpha, yet quiet in your movements. This might seem elementary, it is, by far, once u have achieved alpha on the ground, it carries into the saddle. YOU r in complete control, if you have perfected the art of YOU moving their feet, then you will maintain that in saddle. Makes for a great ride on a pretty day🐴❤️
