Hi All, this is Lilly. Lilly is currently in a pound in west Texas with time running out. She is sweet and fun. Loves to play. She is also Heart worm positive. We are looking for a temporary foster for her in the Austin area so she can go through Heart Worm treatment in Austin with our rescue vet. Lilly is only about 30 lbs, and probably a Puggle. Plays well with other dogs too. Can someone please find room in their heart to foster her and safe her life? All vet expenses are paid by us. Please share her too! Thanks rescue village! 🩷❤️🩷❤️

Huge day for many of the Furever Friends dogs. We found a van and in cooperation with our rescue friends and transporters in Borger plus your donations, 6 of our dogs and 11 Borger dog friends are heading to our sister rescues in Colorado, Montana and Wyoming. We cannot thank everyone enough for coordinating, volunteering, transporting, fostering and loving this crew. WOOHOO, VAN FOUND. 14 dogs heading to CO on Monday ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Alright friends, prayers answered for a foster. Now we are looking to borrow-paid of course, a large van for transport from Childress/Memphis/Borger to Denver area. We have a driver but need a van to take all 10 dogs going to sister rescues. Amarillo rental doesn’t have any available. Transport is planned for Monday. Any ideas? Thank you!WO

FOSTER FOUND. HUGE THANK YOU ❤️❤️🐶❤️❤️Good morning, this poor husky mom was running loose and gave birth yesterday in someone’s leaky shed near Childress, TX. We don’t have a photo of her yet, only the puppies. So sad! and mom is scared and fearful. Can anyone foster this family? We can provide all medical care and food. All she needs is a warm spot to nurse and raise her babies. Please share her and her 4 angel babies. ❤️🩷 PS: one new born puppy already died 😭😭

Meet sweet Willie. 🥰🐕 Willie Wonka is a young boy with lots of love to give and some great ears! Willie's got a lot of heart and is very affectionate and playful. Willie is only about 7 months old and about 20 lbs. He was found running the streets with two other young pups in Memphis, Texas. He is putting on weight at the pound and feeling much better. Willie is a friendly dog who loves to make new friends, whether they are human or canine. If you're looking for a sweet, young pup who is always up for an adventure, Willie is the one for you! Willie is a wonderful dog, and we hope he finds his furever home really soon. Please share him for a furever home! Thank you team. 💋

Oh my gosh, we are ugly crying. As Furever Friends and Rescue we fostered this poor boy who was shot in his mouth and up his nose. He had two reconstructive surgeries with us.Living Grace Canine Ranch took him three years ago and now we celebrate his furever family. Thank you living Grace for everything you do and for this wonderful news about Jack. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Huge shout out to our transporter Landyn Knapp this weekend. He safely transported mom Lady and her 7 puppies plus our Maya from Memphis, Texas to Wimberly and their foster homes. 425 Miles! And that was only 1 way. He stopped often along the way to give everyone a break and let Lady and Maya play. Thank you so much to this stellar young man who loves dogs. 🐶❤️🐶❤️

OWNER FOUND, THANK YOU FOR SHARING HER ❤️🐶❤️🐶This sweet, older girl was picked up on Ave K SE this afternoon in Childress. If she belongs to you, please reclaim her first thing Monday. The pound only holds them 3 days before they kill them. She is a precious lady and deserves a home, not death by lethal injection!

Saved from the Borger Pound and now living his best neutered life in Dripping Springs with his dog girlfriends, kitty friends and his dad. He is the friendliest guy with the longest legs! ADOPTED ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Hi, My name is Wh**ey. My family went on a cruise and decided to never pick me up from the Borger pound and I am absolutely the best boy. I am the favorite at the Pound. They use me as the test dog to test other dog friendliness. I am the best boy and great with adults, kids and other dogs! I am about 3 years old and a lab. Would love love love my own foster or better yet adopter. Please contact us ASAP to adopt or foster Wh**ey. We would love to get this boy out of the pound and on his way to a furever family. Hello Friends, I am a small young guy who was found roaming the streets of Memphis. The local animal control officer picked me and two buddies up. He is taking great care of us and fattening us up. A lovely lady came by this morning and took photos and videos of us. She named me Waylon! Am I not adorable with those tufted ears. I love people and other dogs. The real question is: Where is my furever family? Or foster? Please share me for both! My friends are super puzzled as to what kind of dog I am. Guesses are so welcome. I am of course super cute. Thank you everyone for sharing me. I need a family! 🐾

Help needed!!! This beautiful girl gave birth in the Borger pound and is in need of a temporary foster to help her and her 7 puppies until a rescue can help them all find Furever homes. Please help if you can! You will be saving many lives...Mom is super super sweet! She is a Stage 4 clinger, who wants to be with her people when she is t with her babies. She is such a love! Furever Friends and Rescue can cover all expenses and food. It would only be temporary. Please share this newborn family to for foster or adoption!

Little Jack from Borger hit the jackpot! A great guy from the Austin area saw his post and drove 8 hrs. to pick him up from the Borger pound to adopt him on the spot. Freedom ride for this little dude. Happy trails! ❤️🐶

This is handsome Jake, about 3-4 years old and a big boy at about 75 lbs. Jake is especially a very very GOOD dog! Very sweet. He is attentive to Brian, the Animal Control Officer at the Memphis, Texas Pound. Jake listens well. Jake will love and take care of his person. He would make an amazing watch dog. Please contact us ASAP to save his life and make him your companion.

ADOPTED. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Meet our little Jack. Jack is more than likely a pure bred lab. He is only 3 months old and is at the Borger pound at risk of his little life. Jack just wants to be a real puppy and play and not be locked up in a cage. Who can give little Jack a great life? He can be transported anywhere to an approved adopter. 🐾

We had so many people volunteer to save sweet Penny, now Poppy, in Paducah last week and we appreciate you all so much! We still need help, though! Another way to help is to foster... We have several wonderful, dog, kid, people friendly dogs that are in danger of being killed that can be saved if you will open your homes to one of them.
Please respond to this post or PM us if you're willing to help us in this way.
BTW, Miss Poppy is in boarding and doing great...getting lots of love and treats!

She receives an A+ plus from everyone for sweetness and behavior, great with people, kids and other dogs. Maya has been tagged by an East Coast rescue. To save her life, she needs a foster now. Hi Rescue Friends, It has been a crazy few days for us. You may ask when is it not crazy??? With all your help, we were able to save Paducah Penny now known as Poppy ❤️❤️❤️and the sweet girl 🥰🥰🥰from Borger with 8 newborn puppies. We cannot thank you enough, especially also all the transporters that offered to help Poppy. Poppy is pretty traumatized by her former owner. Thankfully, the Clarendon vet team is taking great care of her. Mom and pups are now in foster with a wonderful foster! ❤️❤️❤️ She is slowly chilling out and starting to feel safe. We would love some help in the vetting department. Poppy is in boarding and will be spayed plus vetted and mom dog and pups already need flea medication. Every $1 helps! 💵$$ We stand behind all our dogs so will be providing shots etc. for the puppies too. Please share again, so we can pay Clarendon vet. Thank you all so much! Happy adoption to our Ace. Ace found himself at the Memphis pound where he got an A+ for sweetness and behavior. A lovely lady contacted us and she picked him up and …..made him a neuter appointment. Yes, we love those type of appointments at Furever Friends. Ace now has a lovely furever family and furever dog brother. And he is safe! So excited for this boy. This morning, our Trailer Boy was officially tagged by us and taken to the vet. She concurs that he is the sweetest guy. What we should we name him??? He is gorgeous. We love that smile. You are safe boy due to a great community effort. Thank you everyone who has donated and shared him❤️❤️❤️ Now who wants to adopt this beautiful guy? Ok first things first, he needs a cool name!

Two of our sweet adoptable 🐕🐕 pups enjoying a cold bucket of water together. They are so very ready for their furever homes! 💖💖 Lucy is a Shepherd mix, spayed and vetted female, 8 months old, weighing 38 lbs. She is a very sweet girl. Loves to play with other dogs. Loves to be with people. Gentle girl, very smart, easy to train. Bentley on the right is a Boxer mix, white/brown, neutered and vetted boy, 8 months old, weighs 43 lbs. Bentley knows how to sit, lead on leash, loves people. Plays well with other dogs and gets along well with new dogs. He was given lots of love and attention as a baby. His family could no longer take care of him so they left him with us to find him a good furever home. Please share them.
