Ok, the vet said this is literally JJ's DNA written out. It's not anything we can use in any way. This is the most annoying waste of $50 ever.

Mkay, the AKC is REEEEEEEALLY starting to annoy me. This is the DNA profile that was oh so important that I get.
WHAT the heck does this mean???
Oh, a more understandable version can be mine for a mere $50 additional payment.

No thanks. I forwarded this to my vet to see if they can make sense of it for me.
Anyways, I don't much care about this, I just did it to register my litters, which I have now done. So, all's good.

Ugh, my heart can't take all this cuteness! The babies have completely abandoned the pack-and-play. They cry whenever we put them in there, so we just leave them out. (We're not missing a puppy, the other one is in the other room snuggling Daisy.)

Breakfast! I feed them in their pack-and-play so none of the other dogs eat it. Lol! Before I do that, I need to make sure their bed is squeaky clean. I'll change out the pad when they're done, because they're babies and they make a mess. Lol!

A little later than usual, I gave the puppies canned puppy food this morning. It's starter food, to help them transition from nursing to weaning. They absolutely went to TOWN on the food! Loads of time, puppies don't care for the new food. But these puppies went crazy over it. Except Knife. He was hesitant to try it. But once he did, he liked it. So that was cute.
Also, Iris is no longer taking care of her puppies. I don't know why she does that! But all the puppies are now living with Daisy. Fork is unhappy about interlopers in his bed. lol!

JJ's $55 unnecessary DNA test kit is here. I'll be sending it back today, so hopefully it won't take long to get the results.

So the AKC had started a "frequently used sire" program, for some reason. Since JJ has sired 7 litters in his lifetime, the AKC is making me buy a $55 DNA kit. Even though his ancestry has all been registered thru the AKC and is all pure, they won't let me register either of the litters I have now until this DNA test is done. I'm sure this is probably not a quick process, so i will most likely not have the puppies' AKC paperwork before their release date. Just keep this in mind for anyone deciding on whether or not to get a puppy from me. I can certainly mail the paperwork to you once I get it, but I have no idea how long that'll take.
