There are several reasons why Sphynx cats need to be dressed, all related to their physiology and skin characteristics:

😻KEEPING WARM😻
Sphynx cats do not have fur to protect them from the cold. This causes them to lose body temperature faster, especially in cool rooms or during the cold season. Clothing helps maintain a comfortable body temperature.

😻SKIN PROTECTION😻
Sphynx skin is delicate and prone to irritation. Clothing can provide a barrier against scratches, friction on furniture, or contact with surfaces that can cause an allergic reaction.

😻PREVENTING SUNBURN😻
Hairless cats are more vulnerable to UV radiation. If your Sphynx is in the sun, such as on a walk, light clothing will help protect its skin.

😻COMFORT AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION😻
Some Sphynx cats feel more comfortable in clothing, especially if they have been adjusted
to it from an early age. This can help reduce stress in new circumstances, such as when traveling.

However, it is important to choose comfortable clothes made of soft and natural fabrics that do not cause allergies and irritation. It is also worth avoiding overheating the cat, especially in the warm seasons!
