Today was a great day, as after a lot of research and recommendations from fellow dog friends, we have made the switch and will now be feeding our dogs as well as our client dogs Next Level Super Premium Pet Food! I look forward to seeing the change in our dogs overall performance and health.

Let’s start the year off with some fun…we have decided to do a “waffle” for this nice pup. There will be 20 spots available at 🔟0️⃣ each. Proceeds will go toward the 2025 SWCDA futurity and finals and the 3 Shy Cowboy Classic. “Toes” is a big friendly ABCA male 5.5 months old. Hooked up on stock and broke to the leash. Another fun weekend in the books! Greenville Tx “No Frills New Years Cattledog Trial” was a blast. The dogs worked great with several go round places. Gus finished 2nd in the open average while Rain and June finished 2nd and 4th in the nursery average. The highlight of the weekend however was the youth class where Logan and Spicy came home with another buckle and average win!

Rare opportunity to get one like this available for new employment. “Ty” is a finished 4 yr old in tact male. Littermate to my Spicy female. I showed this dog in the 22’ SWCDA futurity, and since he has been with owners in South Dakota making a living on cow calf operation. I ran him not long ago in an open rodear trial and did well. With more “trial tune up” he can go play on the weekends at any level. Tough and biddable, a hard to find combination. He has also produced a litter of which I’m training two of the pups and really like both. PLEASE do not waste time if you are unsure of what this caliber of dog is worth. Low/mid xx,###. After a long long week in Vernon TX at the SWCDA Futurity and Finals, it’s good to be home. Started off the week getting 2 of the top 5 dogs back to the championship round of the Futurity. The end of the week was a little tougher during the finals. Some tough draws of cattle kept us out of the average, but made some good runs and a little money out of a go round. Thank you to my clients for trusting me with your young dogs! And HUGE thank you to my wife for taking care of everything while I was gone!

What an amazing past couple weeks! It started last Friday in Sulphur Springs at Leighton Stevens Cattledog trial. Spicy won the very challenging “Double Lift” Open Jackpot class, Gus finished 2nd in the Open average and Rose (owned by Randy Boon) was 2nd in the ranch and nursery classes. One of the funnest trials I have been to….but the best part was bringing the whole family with me and Logan won the youth class with Spicy!! Thank you Leighton!
Two days later we started the Rodear America national finals. Finishing up the top 5 short go yesterday Spicy came out on top as this years Open National Rodear Finals Champion. Rose also made the top 5 finishing 3rd in the greendog. I couldn’t be happier with how all the dogs worked and am very thankful to accomplish what we did again an amazingly talented group of dog handlers.

What a blast this weekend at the Greenville Rodear Trial. I competed with a couple personal dogs, a couple client dogs, and even got to run a couple for my good friend Randal Walker. All the dogs worked amazing winning 2 of 3 open rounds and getting second in that 3rd round. Plus winning all 3 rounds of the greendog. Every dog placed at least once and when the dust settled Gus was the open average champion and Randal’s Satus Clyde was the greendog average champion. Very fun trial Rodear America
