Maggie finally decided to have her puppies. It is a small litter but we are excited about them. She had two males/two females all are healthy so far. I will post what will be available out of this breeding. You do not want to miss out on these pups. The previous litter between these two has proven to be some great dogs. Bullet is a reproducer that is for sure.

We were able to see Mr. Eugene Walker and his wife Ms. Anne receive the lifetime achievement award. These two have done so much for the Plott community and I am blessed to call them friends. Eugene developed his own line of plott hounds over 50 years ago known as the Pocahontas Plotts and Ms. Anne has been there every step to help. This couple exemplifies what it is to work together for the same goal.

We had a great time at Plottfest in Maggie Valley, NC. We got to talk to a bunch of legends in the plott hound community and participated in a few events. Anabel won first place in her age class again(destiny does such a great job handling her) but we did not win overall female. There was a lot of competition with some very beautiful dogs.

What a super fun trip to Tennessee for the APA Breed Days. We got to try new things and watch new events .

Thursday Anabel and her handler Destiny Myers competed there first ever UKC Bench Show . This little 8mo girl acted like she was a seasoned show dog , even though she had never been on a show lead nor been on a bench until 30 mins before her class . Destiny did a awesome job with her and we are definitely thankful for her. We only showed her Thursday and she walked away with first place in the 6-12 mo Puppy Plott Hound class . She fell short of winning Best Female in Show to a senior female. It is a great start for us and I’m excited to see how we improve together .
