Today we’re celebrating the belated birthday and “Gotcha” Day of the Park Point Princess herself!

💕🎉 Happy Birthday, Tully! 🐾🥳

Can you believe this spicy senior is 15 years old?! This little miss has my entire heart. 🥰 Of course I’m partial to her breed and Tully is a Cattle Dog through and through!

She was a rescue with a pretty tragic story. She was found when she was a much younger dog and had recently had pups during a snowstorm. Unfortunately none of her puppies survived. Being out in the elements, she had severely frostbitten ears and almost didn’t make it herself. But Tully is a fighter and continues to show her strength and resilience each day.

She has the best mom in the world who rescued her and of course she’s a total mama’s girl because of it! Cattle Dogs tend to have their one special person and everyone else has to work EXTREMELY hard to make it into their in inner circle.

Initially, Tully was very stubborn and didn’t want to walk with me when her mom was home — but here we are a year later and I’ve become her special friend! We enjoy taking it slow, letting Tully be the one to lead the way, and making sure she gets to greet each and every dog she passes. Everyone in the neighborhood knows Tully and some people even keep special treats at their home specifically for her!

She is very much loved, appreciated, and spoiled each day and I know today will be no different! Here’s to many more happy, healthy years to come, Tully girl! ♥️

🐾 Meet Kammie & Goldy! 💕

-They are 14 years old (almost 15!) and were from the same litter.
-Kammie is the Calico and Goldy is the Orange Tabby.

We spent 11 days during the Holiday week doing twice daily drop-in visits for these two!

These sweet Senior cats were absolute angels! They were confident and comfortable with us right from the start. They would always be waiting right at the door when we came in and would follow us back down the stairs to see us out!

Goldy is a total cuddle-bug who loved rolling around on the floor and getting pets — the more attention the better! Kammie is also very loving but was super curious. She kept herself busy during our visits looking out windows, finding boxes to climb in, and new places to sit!

We were truly sad to say goodbye to this adorable duo during our final check-in. They were a highlight to each day!

We hope we get to see you again real soon, Goldy and Kammie! 😻

✨What a wonderful year 2024 was!

It’s always scary to take a leap into the unknown. This business has been a dream in the making for several years. Finally at the end of January of last year we decided to go for it and Tail Wags & Walks LLC was launched!

Each and every day we are so grateful to be able to do what we love; spending quality time with our adorable furry friends and providing the best level of customized care that we can!

We have all of our amazing clients to thank for making our inaugural year of business such a successful one. We are so grateful for your trust, support, and loyalty.

We can’t wait to see what adventures 2025 will bring! 🐾✨

🐾 Meet Lucy & Vito! 💕

-They are 6 years old and were from the same litter.
-They are a couple of gorgeous Savannah cats.

We spent the Christmas week doing twice daily drop-in visits for these two!

Vito was a bit more confident than Lucy during our check ins. He often would sit in a corner at a distance and observe us as we refilled dishes and cleaned the litter box. He would come over for the occasional pets and seemed very curious about this new person in his home!

Lucy was initially pretty nervous but started warming up and was able to relax when we busted out the yummy wet food and tasty treats! Slow and steady is the way to go with these introductions and she eventually realized we weren’t so scary after all!

We look forward to the next time, you beauties! 😻

Today we’re wishing everyone a very Happy Holidays — AND celebrating the 4th birthday of this lovely gal!

💕🎉 Happy Birthday, Cora! 🐾🥳

This gorgeous girl and her sister were incredibly shy on my first visit. Cora was so nervous she was doing laps around the house and barking like crazy to let me know “Stranger = Danger!” Her fear could easily have been intimidating and misinterpreted as aggression if a person wasn’t properly trained in animal behavior and Fear Free practices. We took small steps all weekend to let them both know I was there to be their buddy, give them pets, and feed them yummy treats while their parents were away — and it paid off! Nowadays Cora and Luna look forward to my visits and greet me warmly with lots of happy tail wags and kisses!

Cora is an absolute doll! She’s very sweet, silly, and a good sport when her older sister wrestles around with her. She also likes to get a nightly kiss before bedtime!

We know your parents will be treating you extra special today with lots of love and yummy snacks! How fitting that you were born on Christmas because you are the total package, Cora! 🥰🎁🎄

🐾 Meet Maisey & Bandit! 💕

-Maisey is a Collie/Aussie/Poodle Mix and Bandit is a Collie/Mini Aussie Mix.
-Maisey is 1 1/2 and Bandit is 9 months old.
-They are both extremely sweet and a ton of fun!

We had a great time playing outside with these two earlier this week! They stayed warm playing fetch and chasing after toys. They have a lovely fenced-in yard where they can run around to their heart’s content!

For such young pups, they are both wonderful listeners and extremely smart.

Maisey was a little more reserved at first and had to be sure that our intentions were good before she completely let her guard down. It didn’t take too long to see her spunky side while she wrestled with her brother and took charge leading the way on the trails around her house. Bandit was a typical roly-poly puppy and was all for the extra attention and cuddles!

Welcome, Maisey & Bandit! We can’t wait to see more of your adorable faces after the New Year! 🥰

Today we’re celebrating the 4th birthday of one of the most handsome fellas we know!

💕🎉 Happy Birthday, Louis! 🐾🥳

This guy loves to get outside and explore — and we are so lucky that we’ve shared so many adventures with him throughout each season this year!

Louis is not only incredibly good looking and the perfect doggy model, he’s also smart, sassy, loyal, and a wonderful older brother to Figgy! They are the most adorable duo and it’s always entertaining watching their wrestling matches.

We hope your day is full of treats and tons of attention on your big day! We love ya, Louis! 🥰
