We have had new " Warm Fuzzy" join us in Rachelle's foster home. He arrived from a vet in Grand Rapids!
Here is Rachelle's note:
"The owners had serious health problems and needed to move from their house into an apartment. They had 3 kitties and could only keep 2 by building rules.
They were so sad, and I can see why! Squeaky is a total love, massive purr and loves attention!"

"He’s very submissive. He’s doing great with my kitties, but he should not go anywhere where another cat would bully him. He will not stand up for himself at all !"

"Squeaky is doing fabulous, and he didn’t get much attention while I was looking for my lost cat, Havi He has free rein of the house now and comes up to me for luvens. He stays away from the dog. Now that I have more time, I’ll work on his confidence with Puppers. He’s just a Precious young fluff dude, so Handsome, total lovey dovey 🥰 He’ll be a treasure for someone!"

Squeaky is a brown and white tabby with a short coat. He will be ready for adoption real soon! He is a young adult. He was surrendered to a vet's office. He is neutered, utd on shots and tested neg for Felv/FIV.

We still have this bonded pair looking for a home together!
Velvet and Bobby Magee!
Velvet is all black and a very loving, affectionate boy and Bobby has beautiful coloring!
They were saved from living outside and are now waiting for their forever home as happy indoor cats!

We still have a couple of sweet kittens available from the "Hobbit Litter' fostered at the Cincoski's.
Beautiful orange and white coloring! These little ones were found trying to survive in a rural area and have been fostered and will get to live the best life as indoor domestic cats.
Neutered, shots, tested neg for Felv/FIV and microchipped.

We have a happy update on "Lucy" formerly " Amaris" who was found living with her Mom and siblings in an old farmhouse in the country!
Jody first took her in to foster to see how she would get along with her dog...everything went well and Lucy ended up finding her forever home!
Here is Jody's note:
"Hi Lorie! Here are some new photos of Lucy, formerly Amaris. Her current favorite toy is ping pong balls. She likes looking at aquariums. She recently discovered videos for cats on youtube. She is hooked. I love her so much!"

We have a happy update on "Phoebe" who was part of a litter surrendered to Warm Fuzzies /Diane's home, to get them spayed / neutered and updated on vetting and to find them loving homes!
This is Dean's update:
"Hi....it's Heidi with Phoebe. She's doing great...definitely loves to be by us. She and our other cat found each other...Eggy does not know what to think and has hissed a few times...but I'm sure will get better. She was shaking...but just purring now! She seems very sweet! She is sleeping on Dean now. She will get very loved...I guarantee you that!"

We have a happy update on Rusty and his little brother, Tux, who are former Warm Fuzzies, fostered at Mary's home in Cloquet.
These little ones were part of a litter found outside in a rural area.
They get to live as happy indoor cats!

This is Karis' note:
"They have been inseparable and playing every waking moment.
They slept under the bed together last night. Tux is warming up to us, he is still nervous with being in a new environment, but having Rusty here definitely helps.
They have been such great additions to our home!"

We have a happy update on a couple of Warm Fuzzies, Nialla and Louis who were adopted by the Ziegler family! These two siblings were Willow's babies, born safe in foster care. Willow is a pretty Ragdoll mix that was found on the side of the road pregnant. ( She has already found a home)
Here is Lisa's note:

"Hi Lorie,"

"Just writing to let you know that Louis is doing great here. Him and Nialla are best friends - they are almost constantly either playing together or resting together. When Louis can't find Nialla, or she is just busy having some human time, he will meow loudly until she returns to him 💖. We definitely made the right decision to adopt them together."

Happy Adoption Day to Phoebe! Thank you to Dean for giving her a loving home! Phoebe is a pretty Calico that was surrendered to Warm Fuzzies, she was spayed and vetted and fostered at Diane's to find her and her siblings new homes!

Happy Adoption Day to Cocoa Bean and Cherry! Renae's family had a sweet cat pass away some time ago and they were ready for a new kitty and instead of one, they adopted two! They are siblings, so this will be a happy ever after for them!
Renae also has small dogs for them to bond with.

We have a happy update on Oreo, who was adopted by Samantha and her family! Oreo was fostered at the Cincoski's.
Looks like she has really settled in and doing very well! We have included her adoption pics too

"We wanted to give you an update on Oreo. She's adjusted well to our house and other cats. We are actually surprised how well our other cats adjusted. She loves our daughter very much and sleeps with her most nights. She is a very curious kitten. She also loves our cat Imogen, which we all figured would happen. "

Kerry sent these wonderful updated pictures of a couple of former Warm Fuzzy's her family adopted 6.5 years ago!
Included are a couple pics of them as kittens just after adoption.
Rocky is black and Bootsie is the grey tabby. I remember these kittens as babies!

"Happy Gotcha Day 6 years ago!

Rocky and Pluto aka Bootsie.

They are 6.5 years old.
Rocky is a bit chunky, friendly, rebellious, crazy, and fun. He has really long hair that keeps growing and turning gray in areas. He gets a few haircuts each year that he hates. He loves rotisserie chicken. He sleeps with me every night in his bed on my bed. 🍗 💤

Pluto aka Bootsie (formerly Sparrow) is friendly but skittish. He loves his water fountain and drinking from the sink. He likes to chill on his cat furniture. He’s a shorthair that’s sleek and smooth. Totally different personality than his brother.

We have two other cats (Casper and Yoda) around the same age from AA. They love treats, food, watching cat videos, hanging out in their catio, snoozing on their cat furniture, and getting into typical cat mischief!"

"Cherry is a beautiful little girl that can be a bit shy at first so she needs a little extra patience from her human. She might do better in a quieter home as she adjusts to her new environment. She loves to play with feathers, mice and a laser light. She seems to get along with others and plays with them"

"Cocoa Bean is a handsome long haired boy. His fur is turning gray with black outlines, with a beautiful mane! He’s more of a snuggler and tries to get up as high as he can on you. He has a big purr to go along with his personality. He’s a little shy with new sounds, but comes around to check it out."

We have a happy update from a former Warm Fuzzy from the Gresczyk family who adopted " Buddha Boo" recently! Buddha was fostered at Mary's home. He was part of a litter found outside in a rural area.

"He’s doing great, settling in great and sleeps with my son every night and is new name is Tater 😍"

Someone found this friendly cat in West Duluth (no microchip) and they are not able to find the owners!! They said they tried Missing Pets of the Northland already and they posted her. Anyone that would be interested in fostering? The foster can put her on her porch as she is allergic, but would like to find a foster home for her since she is such a friendly cat. We have a new update on the "Premie Litter" that arrived small sized for their age but have caught up leaps and bounds in foster care! They are waiting for their spay or neuter dates and then they will be ready for adoption! Sweet as can be and fostered at Diane's foster home. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Jerry , Smurphy and Tabitha are fostered at Diane's foster home. They are about 10 weeks old. They were taken in with Mama Riley from a rural area. They are waiting on their spay and neuter surgeries. Once they are done, they will be ready for adoption. Please do not ask to adopt. We do not adopt out kittens and cats unless they are spayed or neutered. Thank you for your patience! ❤❤❤

We have an update on Benedict at his new home! The vet has tried him on a med to calm him, so he is more relaxed. Here he is getting closer to this new buddies! Thank you for sharing! We love seeing our former fosters in their new homes! ❤💋😁

Diane shared a video of the cute little kittens that play, eat and sleep and repeat! Three boys and one girl. They will not be ready for adoption for a couple of weeks yet. (Kittens are crated away from other pets until necessary vetting is done ). PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO ADOPT OR HOLD.
