A fun visual representation of what your dog sees (smells) every day. Look at how noisy it is and how many tracks there are intertwining. The different animals, people, and dogs movement in just one area. The snow lets us humans see the history of this area and what animals and people have passed through. A dog will smell this every day and know who and what animals have passed through. Smellavision!!!!

Dogs are incredible.

Imagine tracking and detection dogs needing to filter out all this noise and track a single scent down. Amazing!

(Note this is a fun representation, not accurate)

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (LACDPH) yesterday reported three more H5 avian flu infections in pet cats after exposure to raw food or raw milk.

UPDATE: We are aware this dog was brought to us with a false story and is not lost. This dog has serious injuries we are working to assess and will provide an update once we’re able. Thank you everyone for reaching out ❤️

Do you recognize me? I am currently a lost pet at Animal Allies waiting for my family to come get me.
I was found near the 3900 block of Crosby Rd in St. Louis County.
I am a spayed female German Shorthair Pointer who was wearing a red collar with no tags, and I am not microchipped.
If you see your pet here, please call 218-722-5341. Our staff will return your call during our regular business hours and your pet will be well cared for in the meantime.
These pets will be cared for during the state-mandated 5-day stray hold, and then placed into our adoption program if they are not reclaimed. Animals here are NOT available for adoption at this time.
