Leash walks are safe and great for bonding, but hold off on jogging or running until they're older than 1 year (ideally 12-15 months). This ensures proper skeletal development for healthier joints throughout their lifetime. Remember, a 6-month-old pup is biologically equivalent to an 8-12 year old child.
