Kiwi got to spend the weekend with my friend Nitza, and it seems like they had quite a good one! Over the course of three days, Kiwi brought home two reserves and one Winners Bitch - I could not be more proud! This young girl truly has done spectacularly in just the two weekends she has been out. ❤️

Kiwi truly blew me out of the water this weekend during her first outing in the big girl ring! Our only goal was to have a positive experience with no meltdowns, and boy did we sure exceed that! The first day she took second of three in her class, which I was more than happy with considering she wasn’t super confident. The second day, though, she truly rocked it out and earned a five point major from the 6-9 month class by going BOW/BOS over specials. I couldn’t be more proud of this young girl!

This little girl is growing up so fast! My daughter has taken an interest in my side of the dog world and asked if Merit could have a photoshoot if she bathed and blowdried her… so who am I to say no? 😂 I was already tied up with the grooming of the three dogs headed to a show this weekend, so if I can get a little help, I am not about to decline. 🤪

Happy birthday to the bestest boy ever! Jackpot turns two today, and sometimes I still feel blown away that I have the privilege of owning such a fantastic dog. ❤️ He is the ultimate pet who loves my children so much - and more importantly, puts up with their shenanigans! 😂 He is a fantastic show dog, who likewise also puts up with my nonsense. 🤪 I could not be more than grateful for this dog and all that we have done together. I couldn’t have done it without him(and the support of his wonderful breeder Debra as well as my husband), and I’m so blessed to call him my first “real” show dog. I love you, buddy! His birthday gift is the wonderful present of OFA’s. 😂🎁

I went over to a friend’s house yesterday to hang out and take pictures of dogs, so Kiwi got to tag along and play with new friends while getting some more socialization under her belt! 🥝 She is learning the ropes of traveling as we prepare for our upcoming shows, and I’m quite pleased with how she is handling everything! 🥰 She even got her own little snapshot in the midst of capturing the other doggies!

Excuse her looking a bit wild! 🤪 She narrowly escaped bath time just the day prior when I ran out of time to scrub the pups, so she was embracing a very au naturale appearance! 🤣

Now that the puppies have all gone to their new homes, I wanted to make an update on them!

• Tux(formerly Steel), is settling into his new home beautifully! He has a German Shepherd sister and is absolutely spoiled by his dad. ❤️

• Izzy(formerly Azure) is living life with her amazing family, including human siblings to call her own! She apparently has continued her sock-stealing ways in the same fashion as she did while living with us! 😂

• Dexter(formerly Cobalt) is residing with his human mom and dad in Las Vegas! He is so smart and based on the videos I’ve got, he loves to play fetch! 🎾

Of course there is still Sky and Indigo(who live with me), and Reign(formerly Navy) who lives with Vigilante Mini Aussies, but those will get their own updates in due time! All in all, I’m so happy that these babies are so loved and cared for! I couldn’t be more grateful for the homes they went to! 🥰

Tesla got her first piece of mail! ✉️ 📬 She earned her Puppy of Achievement after our last show in Glen Rose, Texas, officially earning her the title of the first dog I’ve personally gotten a POA on! I just love this little fireball of mine. 🥰 Now on to getting her championship! 🏆
