Vet found a microchip—it moved around!
However, information on the chip is not connecting us with her owners. Her name is Winnie!

I postponed vet care/grooming in case her owners come forward, but after 7 days we will proceed.

UPDATE: she’s with us now. Hoping we can find her owners. She’ll go to the vet tomorrow to get a check up and some of this floof off of her. Let me know if you recognize her! 🤎
