We have an in-house laboratory and pharmacy. We have an internal medicine specialist and perform a wide variety of surgical procedures. We provide boarding services, as well. See our website for more information.

Many of you have probably heard that our grooming department is currently undergoing some major changes. Our previous groomer resigned abruptly two weeks ago. We have already hired a new groomer who is doing a fantastic job and we are confident that you will LOVE her. Unfortunately, we were booked out with grooms through August and are now trying to reschedule hundreds of grooming appointments. It is going to take several months to get caught up and get your pets back onto a regular schedule. We realize that this is a major inconvenience and we are doing our best to accommodate everyone to the best of our ability. Priority is being given to pets who have had regularly scheduled grooming appointments booked in advance and to pets that we see for routine veterinary care. We appreciate your loyalty and your patience during this trying time.

Have you heard the beautiful saying that “There is a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in.” Hope is the perfect example of the beauty that lies underneath a broken exterior. Hope and her brother were lost and alone, debilitated and scared. Her brother didn’t survive. Hope was fortunate enough to be taken in by two kind souls. Although the original intent was to put an end to her suffering, we looked a little closer and found that her problems didn’t seem to be hopeless. The wounds that were covering her body seemed to be self-inflicted, as she was found to have demodectic mange, fleas and a severe skin infection. She was malnourished and weak from intestinal parasites and from foraging for any food that she could find. It took a leap of faith and many loving care-givers, but look at Hope now! She is doing just fine! 🤍🐾

How often do you brush your teeth per day? How often do you brush your pets teeth?

Dental health is extremely important to your pets overall health. Dental problems can cause, or be caused by, other serious health problems. Your pets teeth and gums should be checked by your veterinarian at least once a year for early signs of issues and to keep your pets mouth healthy. According to the American Veterinary Medical Association, by the time your pet is 3 years old, he or she will very likely have early evidence of periodontal disease, which will worsen as they get older if not addressed and cared for properly.
