WAGS Dog Park at St Helena Park Renewal/ New Member Information 🐕

Dates ~ October 22, 23 & 24, 2021
Time ~3:30 pm - 5:30 pm Friday
1:30 pm - 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday
Location ~ WAGS Dog Park

New Members: To join WAGS each one of your registered dogs will need proof of current city or county license, must be spayed or neutered and have current rabies shot and vaccinations proof (including DHPP) administered by a state licensed veterinarian. PLEASE BRING COPIES to attach to application. A meet and greet will also need to take place before you can register for the first time. Please message for information.

Existing Members: Renewals require the complete application form be submitted in order to update license and rabies tag numbers. You must bring copies of all vet forms and proof of your Baltimore County animal license.

Membership fees~
$25 ~ Individual Membership (up to two dogs & $10 for each additional dog)

Please make checks payable to Dundalk-Eastfield Recreation and Parks Council. If paying with cash, please bring EXACT CHANGE.

Per Rec and Parks:

"Dog Parks Countywide will remain open using current standards and protocols. They are to my knowledge the only permitted council program that are. If this changes in any way shape or form, I will let you know as soon as it does. Please be advised that the park is now winterized for water, and please remind dog park members that the park closes promptly at sunset whenever that occurs daily. Today the park is closed at 4:51 pm for example. Groups should not exceed 25 and ppe should be worn"

Just in time for Rabies Awareness Month, we have some exciting news regarding our public services. Baltimore County Animal Services will once again begin offering our Rabies and Microchip Clinic. This clinic will run between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. every Wednesday and Thursday and will be available by appointment only. In addition to a rabies vaccination, the package offered during this clinic includes a microchip and a Baltimore County license for just $9. $10 appointments for just a microchip, as well as license renewals, are also available.
To schedule your appointment, or for more information on what our Rabies Clinic has to offer, visit our website at https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/Agencies/animalservices/rabies-clinics.html. All members of the public attending Rabies Clinics will be expected to social distance and wear face masks at all times. Help do your part to prevent the spread of rabies in your community by getting your pets vaccinated with BCAS.

Members and dogs MUST show up for this. You only have to come one time during the dates that will be scheduled. We will be meeting at the park.

You must bring your animal license information and any updated shot records. PLEASE BRING COPIES. This way we can just keep a copy.

All Members will be called when dates are determined.

EVERYONE entering the park MUST sign a COVID waiver. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a Baltimore County Government rule that every facility/program HAS to do.

If you have not signed one, DO NOT enter the park.

Emails from Permits are starting to be sent out with a notification that your Baltimore County Animal License application has been processed. These licenses are a REQUIREMENT OF MEMBERSHIP.

PLEASE send one of us a screenshot of that email when you receive it.
