OPEN 24/7 Rescue Not Retail Dunedin Inc. is a 501C3 Nonprofit Organization.

We focus our efforts on helping our community with vet services, food, supplies and compassion. We have a special place in our hearts for homeless service veterans and work with the residents at Homeless Empowerment Program as well. Our goal is to help you keep your animals so they don't end up in the local shelter. We do not have animals for adoption, but do work closely with many local rescues organizations that do. All members are volunteers and receive no compensation for services provided.

The dogs have filed a complaint, and the cats are about to unionize… because we’re out of WET FOOD! 🥫🐾

Dry kibble just isn’t cutting it — they’re giving us “the look” (you know the one 👀). So we’re turning to you, our amazing community!

🐕🐈 We need donations of canned dog and cat food.

Reminder: the box only gets filled 1x a day. It is becoming increasingly obvious that a select few are taking all the cat food at one time, leaving nothing for anyone else.

We started this box as a way to help the community get through a day or two, not to feed large collections of community cats. We do not receive enough donations to keep up with the need of community cats and our stock pile is getting very low.

If you are taking care of a community, please visit the humane society or Pinellas county animal services food pantry where you can get large amounts at a time.
