What a day this little guy has had. Found by a runner and now off to a wonder rabbit foster until it’s old enough to be released.

Fun fact: Did you know a kit (baby rabbit) will typically leave the nest 15-20 days after it’s born? In just three weeks and the size of a chipmunk, its eyes are fully open and it is all furred up and ready to go explore the world! So, if you find your own healthy baby bunny and you aren’t sure what to do, fear not, it is probably just enjoying that Florida sun we all love and eating a nice meal. Best to leave it be.
