We may be a bit late, but we couldn't miss the chance to celebrate Wiley as our Employee of the Month for July! Wiley is an everyday face here at Paige’s Pet Palace, and his love and kindness brighten everyone's day.

Wiley loves playing with his friends and staff, going outside, and having fun with his big sister and all his daycare buddies. His kind and adventurous personality make him a favorite among the daycare dogs and our team!

📣 Exciting News from Paige’s Pet Palace!

We are excited to announce the addition of a new groomer to our team, Katelyn Bowman! Katelyn reached out to us about grooming with us, and her timing couldn't have been better. As many of you know, Paige is expecting in December, and with Katelyn's addition will help us continue to serve our clients while Paige is on maternity leave.

With Katelyn on board, we've also been able to increase our daily grooming availability, reducing wait times for our clients. Katelyn brings experience from a corporate grooming facility and has formal grooming education. She was looking for additional training and experience in a busy grooming environment where she can excel in the profession she loves.

Though we are a bit late in posting, as Katelyn has been with us for a couple months now, we are so glad to have her on our team!

🐾🇺🇸July 4th Tips for Dogs from Paige’s Pet Palace🐾🎉

1. **Keep Your Dog Indoors:**
- Fireworks can be terrifying for dogs. Keep them inside in a safe, secure room during firework displays to reduce anxiety and prevent them from running away.

2. **Update Identification:**
- Ensure your dog has an up-to-date ID tag and is microchipped. Verify that the contact information in the microchip registry is current.

3. **Create a Calming Environment:**
- Set up a quiet, comfortable space with your dog’s favorite bed, toys, and calming music or white noise to help mask the sound of fireworks.

4. **Avoid Harmful Foods and Items:**
- Keep sparklers, glow sticks, fireworks, and BBQ items out of reach. Avoid feeding your dog table scraps, especially foods like chocolate, onions, grapes, and anything containing xylitol.
