Just a heads up! We will be closed Friday the 12th to Monday the 14th for a off property training with Taco! This dirty boy is going to get some fine tuning and help with a local reining and ranch trainer so we can work towards more opportunities for experienced western riders in the near future!

The Taco boy. I've had him since he was a yearling and wouldn't give him up for the world. Best behaved 4 year old I've met and has the conformation and personality to match❤️ I'm so lucky and all the hard work pays off

Today we had a owner/ horse teaching session with the mustang mare we have been working with for a month (30 days) 2x a week sessions. Today we did desensitization and trust! This mare has made great progress in the past month from being pretty untouchable and very reactive to leading, haltering, grooming and picking up all 4 feet. Last session we introduced baths and now we build on more! Contact us if you need help training your horse! 352 860 6528!

Taco has been toting the kiddos around at a walk but today he started trotting with them. I almost cried, he's so patient for a 4 yr old and it makes my heart so happy that all the training I've put into him is always showing❤️ My student also has come so far! So proud of them both #blmmustang #horsebackriding

Today one of my students helped me film a 4 yr old mustang currently in our training program. This is only our 7th session! She came from the blm untouched and was too flightly/unsafe for the owners to train themselves. We went from pretty much untouchable, without cornering and very flightly/bolting to starting leading, lunging, catching, light grooming and beginning to pick up her feet to help the owners hopefully get her trimmed safely soon. I am very happy at how this mare is coming along. We use pressure/release, parelli, positive reinforcement and liberty methods. We adapt to each horses needs and specialize in starting horses and untouched mustangs! Contact us if you need your horse trained!

The video previously uploaded to the page was Indie and here is taco. Same amount of time, same setup. Can you see the differences in his expressions with his nose eyes and ears? Taco was relaxed after 5 mins and withing 15 he was yawning and literally falling asleep. The idea of the videos is to educate the patience and time we take with our horses and the trust all horses and especially mustangs require. After 3 years with Taco I trust him with literally anything and he would walk thru hell or high-water for me! I wouldn't have it any other way! Patience, hard work, trust and love pays off!
