Yearly Christmas pupmas and mewmas update 2025

This year has really kicked us when we were down, like multiple times. But little things & a few big people really stepped up when we needed them the most- even if it was small things- made me grateful in many ways.

Charles decided to play dead this year, which honestly is pretty morbid for a 12+ year old dog 🤣😅
He's always had a dark sense of humor

Tater 🥔 is naughty for the 5th year running. Here's to hoping he isn't a year round mean Crack head next year 🤪

Cheese 🧀 10/10 good gorl and really wants Santa to know she just really wants to be friends with the new kitten this year.

Pudge/fudge 🐈‍⬛️ is happy she decided to stow away and stalk us home, and we are too. ❤️

Taco 🌮 has new years resolutions to figure out a way to get into the house this year and sleep on the couch. He is also so done with my riding ambitions as of lately- don't I know that he is supposed to be a casual riding horse and semi retired at 5.5 yrs old?

We went for a walk black Friday and where ambushed by two kittens! One found a home already but we still have this sweet (I believe) girl. She is way too friendly to be a stray, but no owner has stepped up so we are looking for a home for her. She's not street enough to be a barn cat on the farm sadly way to sweet.
BLACK FRIDAY
She's *around 3 months old and very loveable and litter trained already. She will follow you anywhere and doesn't stray far from you if she goes outside too! She followed us home for about a mile!
We have already dewormed her. We have plenty of connections to help get her vaccinated and spayed low to no cost.
We are in dunnellon fl
Ps if we keep her I won't be too mad but at least I can say I tried 🤪

Happy Thanksgiving

It's been a while since taco has had a true desentization training session. This 5 yr old mustang doesn't overreact and I got lazy after he turned 4 since he's pretty* 💣 bombproof already. So it's been pretty much a year or so.
But, whenever the universe decides I'm ready to be pregnant and have a kiddo, I wanted to make sure we cover all our bases as Taco will be the one to tote a little cowgirl or cowboy around. Also it would be pretty dope to have some horseback maternity pictures with a pretty flowy dress 👗. (After 9 months of trying and 1 yr of planning let's hope this month is it fingers 🤞)

☆ Anyway, Recently I discovered taco is not a fan of flappy things in the saddle area that the rider holds- i.e. one of the lesson kids decided her jacket was too hot, went to take it off and taco got worked up danced a bit sideways when she was in the process of taking it off. It wasn't too dramatic but it's something that needs to be addressed since he lessons kids and beginners. I didn't think anything of it at the time as taco let's me rope off him, carry and grab solid objects like a empty gas can etc in the saddle.
♡ I'll be posting the training sessions with insight tips and advice, and how we build up to the instance the proper way to ensure confidence in the horse. Stay tuned!

I'll be with my horses.

When days feel long and my muscles ache, I'll still wonder out to brush the horses manes.

I'll be in the barn.

Listening to the horses munch happily on the hay, and having a much needed cry for the day.

I'll be saddling up to ride.

When the thoughts get to be too much, and the sadness starts to ruin my day.

I'll canter away.
Ill remember to take it day by day.
To be grateful for what i have and not to worry so much of what I wish would be 🧡
