I had the opportunity to give a talk/ demonstration on live coral and reef tanks to a 6th grade class this week! I had an amazing time doing it, and cannot thank their teacher/my other half, , for the chance to hopefully get some young minds interested in aquarium keeping as a hobby! I found my love for tanks around their age, and could see a lot of myself in the curiosity of these kids. They had such amazing questions, so I knew they were engaged and enjoying it. It was an experience I will never forget, and I hope it is the same for them! ❤🐠❤aquatics

Custom 250 gallon turtle tank is complete! His happiness with the final product was worth every second put into this build (it was many many seconds). Everything in this build was built completely custom from scratch - aquarium, stand, above-tank basking platforms, ramps and barriers, and acrylic divider. Not sure there are any people or turtles in the world happier than these ones!aquatics

Something different this month- aquarium boarding for a client! Lots of work to break down their tank, transport the livestock, and set it all back up the same day... 14 hours straight through, and slept like a baby afterwards 😂 no losses, happy and healthy fish!

Shrimp Mountain is finally looking the way I'd like! This aquascape has been a work-in-progress for roughly 6 months, and I'm finally happy with the results! This is a High-Tech aquarium, which means it uses a high light-output, is injected with CO2, and is stocked with CO2-dependant plants!

This tank is stocked with Blue Dream Neocardinia Shrimp, Limnophila Hippurodoides, Blyxa, Monte Carlo, Vallisneria "Contortionist", Phoenix Moss, Ludwigia "Super Red", Cypress Helferi, and Rotala "Super Red"!aquatics
