11/24 is National Border Collie Day! The border collie is a herding breed from Scotland. They are typically black and white but do come in other colors. They are intelligent workaholics and are know for not only herding just about anything, but for doing all kinds of jobs: from movies to search and rescue these smarty pants dogs are happiest with a task and demand a lot of activity. If you know a border collie give them some extra love!

October 27th is National Black Cat Day! These kitties are perfect spooky season mascots but aren’t scary at all when you get to know them. Do you know a black cat? Show them some extra love and tell them we know they’re not bad luck.

Today’s the day to celebrate all those adorable mystery mixed breed dogs. We love taking a guess at what combined to make some of these curious dogs but we love them all. If you have a good mutt in your life show them some extra love today!!

We all had such a blast at the APS walk for the animals today, maybe not quite as much fun as this guy though. 🫧🫧🫧
