1. Late appointments… I give a 15 minute late window for you to arrive. Unless I have talked to you and we have an understanding, you will have to reschedule. I am one person and can only go so fast throughout each groom. If you are late, it runs over into someone else’s appointment and messes up my whole schedule for that day.

2. No shows.. You will get a second chance for no shows, I understand things happen. I forget things to, we are human. After a second no show you will have to pay 50% down to schedule again.

3. Fleas and ticks.. I am NOT a vet, I do not offer flea and tick protection. I will get all that I can off but if you dog continues to come in covered in fleas or ticks I will turn them away until they are treated. I do not want to even chance them getting into the shop.

4. If your dog is in HEAT, PLEASE let me know so we can reschedule your appointment. I am NOT responsible for your dog if she is in heat. I have other dogs in and out daily, males will not only mark all day long, but they will smell her days later. They act CRAZY lol.

5. Doodles/Poodles/Anything of the sort…. I will now be charging an extra fee for any severely matted on top of the regular service price. My blades and equipment can only take so much, I have been buying new blades way too often and it is not cheap!

6. If you comment on an appointment post and I LOVE OR LIKE your comment, that means I wrote you down!! I do not like to comment back to every single comment and have over 100-200 comments on a post. If you are unsure, just message me please!! Do not think I am ignoring you or just didn’t put you down for an appointment. This happened today and so I had a missed appointment!

Keep in mind that this is not just about one particular instance! These things have been several times over the past almost 2 years!
