The hens are laying well. We have a few dozen eggs for sale.

The current age of farming requires getting bigger or getting out, I'm bucking the trend. I have started the selling of eggs off of the property. The meat chickens are all spoken for. The future holds some pretty amazing possibilities.
I will take orders for next years meat birds at any time up to when they need ordered and the eggs are available at the farm or if we are out an about running errands we can drop them off. As always, they will also be at my shop to pick up.
The picture is one which Koral Clum provided me with. This is what the farm looked like back in the 1950's where they sold milk and milk associated products to the local communities on and off the farm.
